About the company

Ofinno is a research and development lab in Northern Virginia that invents and patents future wireless technologies, including 5G technologies, IEEE standards, and video compression. It focuses on areas like 5G Radio and Core networks, IoT, V2X, and ultra-reliable low-latency communications, and its researchers manage technologies from initial design through patenting and on to commercialization. The company differentiates itself by doing end-to-end work in-house—from invention and prototyping to securing patents and overseeing the process until the technology is sold to carriers or device makers. Its goal is to advance wireless technology by creating practical, patent-protected solutions and guiding them to market.
