Responsibilities
- Complete extensive training across all departments to learn all aspects of the entertainment center's business.
- Ensure a fun atmosphere.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the guest experience.
- Clean the location.
- Validate compliance and training.
- Act as manager on duty when needed.
- Report product and service issues.
- Maintain inventory quality.
- Check in deliveries.

- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage.
