Requirements

  • A completed licenciatura in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required.
  • A current AMIB Figure 3 certification is required.
  • At least two years of experience in private banking and/or the financial sector is required.
  • Knowledge of private and wealth banking products is required.
  • Knowledge of investment models, investment funds, and wealth, private, and mortgage credit is required.
  • Knowledge of portfolio administration is required.
  • Knowledge of securities markets and financial products is required.
  • Knowledge of accounting entries and bank accounting is required.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange, derivatives, macroeconomics, and profitability is required.
  • Ability to work toward results is required.
  • Negotiation, objection handling, and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficiency with investment pricing administration tools is required.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and effectively sell the portfolio of Wealth Banking and BBVA Group products and services.
  • Continuously grow the portfolio of profitable clients in the Wealth segment.
  • Manage assigned clients and increase their loyalty to the bank by selling additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Address and promptly resolve complaints from assigned clients.
  • Maintain and update the files of assigned clients.
  • Guide clients by offering the benefits of BBVA's Outperformance Model, including strategies and recommendations for managing their wealth.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the financial and non-financial business areas.
  • Meet HNWI clients' overall investment needs by designing tailored portfolios and appropriately planning the strategy for managed portfolios.
