Responsibilities
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic business objectives
  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process
  • Assess, clarify, and validate account needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address account needs
  • Enlist the support of sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and operations resources
  • Coordinate company leadership and executive involvement with account management
  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
