Requirements
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with direct responsibility for integrated campaigns.
  • A proven record of growing social channels and connecting social activities to business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social advertising, with LinkedIn required and Meta or other platforms beneficial.
  • Experience establishing or contributing to an employee advocacy program.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Comfort with analytics tools and the ability to produce clear, actionable performance reports.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and content teams, including the ability to write clear briefs and provide precise feedback.
  • Knowledge of B2B demand generation and the full marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
  • Own social media as a growth channel by defining strategy, developing playbooks, and driving measurable audience and engagement growth.
  • Lead community management across all platforms by responding, engaging, and strengthening Dialogue's presence in relevant conversations.
  • Manage paid social advertising, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Establish and lead Dialogue's employee advocacy program to extend organic reach and strengthen brand credibility.
  • Drive social search engine optimization and discoverability by optimizing profiles, content formats, and publishing cadence for platform algorithms.
  • Manage and report social analytics, tracking reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion, and return on investment by channel, and share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end B2B demand-generation campaigns, including briefing, asset coordination, channel activation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead event-promotion campaigns from awareness through registration in close collaboration with the Events Manager.
  • Coordinate the social media calendar with Content Marketing and own distribution, amplification, targeting, paid advertising, and reporting beyond the content itself.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Specialist and go-to-market team to align campaign messaging with the ideal customer profile, funnel stage, and business priorities.
  • Track campaign performance against pipeline-contribution objectives and iterate based on data.
