  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 2-3 years’ combined Commercial Real Estate experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of credit principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Analysis: Deal review, information summaries and overall relationship and portfolio analysis.
  • Business Development: Prospecting and market research, building and maintaining a prospecting database. Willingness to engage with current and prospective Fund Managers.
  • Sales Disciplines: Ownership of pre-call planning strategies for selected clients and/or RMs, sales tools management
  • Client Support: Attends client calls and meetings with assigned Relationship Manager(s), supports and participates in client planning end-to-end process
  • Support senior teammates in day-to-day management of responsibilities and mentorship of CRE Analysts.
