About the job

Requirements
  • Very strong, hands-on experience supporting and implementing outsourced payroll and human resources services, ideally gained at a professional employer organization, a human resources outsourcing provider, or a human resources information system technology vendor that installs a full human resources information system together with outsourced services.
  • Hands-on human resources information system implementation experience on one or more major platforms, including configuration and data migration.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience, including multi-state processing, tax setup, and mid-year conversions with year-to-date balancing.
  • A proven track record running end-to-end implementations and managing a project plan across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • The ability to solve complex problems, drive clarity, and bridge workflows across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high-integrity, client-first approach.
Responsibilities
  • Support and help execute new client onboardings across human resources administration, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence services, from kickoff to a clean handoff to the ongoing service teams.
  • Contribute directly to time to live, client satisfaction at go-live, and a smooth transition to Service Delivery.
  • Help build and maintain the implementation project plan, support progress against milestones, and help keep every workstream on schedule.
  • Configure the client's human resources information system and complete the build on platforms including ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and Rippling, and in the Salesforce environment.
  • Run data migrations and validate employee data, payroll history, benefit plans and deductions, and paid time off balances.
  • Stand up data interfaces, including benefits carrier electronic data interchange feeds and general ledger file feeds, partnering with the internal Technology team where deeper build is required.
  • Work with Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, Product, and Finance to align on client expectations, scope, pricing assumptions, and post-implementation transitions.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, automation, and modern tooling to implementation workflows.
  • Document and improve implementation workflows so each onboarding is faster and cleaner than the last.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience implementing benefits administration and leave of absence services, not only payroll and human resources.
  • Familiarity with benefits carrier electronic data interchange feeds, general ledger file feeds, and integrations across human resources information system, payroll, and benefits systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce and with artificial-intelligence-enabled or automation-heavy implementation workflows.
  • A project management credential, such as Project Management Professional or Certified Associate in Project Management.
  • A payroll professional credential, such as Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional.
