About the job
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi (Boomi AtomSphere).
- Strong expertise in integration design, API management, REST and SOAP web services, data mapping, reusable integration components, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong experience with Boomi API Management, including developing, publishing, securing, and managing REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, API integration, data transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivery management skills.
- Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Boomi engineers, including task allocation, work management, mentoring, delivery tracking, and performance oversight.
- Manage end-to-end integration projects from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Design and build scalable end-to-end integration processes, data mappings, transformations, and reusable components using Boomi.
- Handle API security, authentication, authorization, versioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Drive integration architecture, best practices, performance optimization, error handling, and production issue resolution.
- Coordinate with business, technical, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
