- Launch new projects, including coordinating and managing tutors, planning and analyzing program efficacy, and streamlining stakeholder communication.
- Support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations.
- Provide academic services to students and their families.
- Operate in a virtual environment and maintain company operating standards for people, finances, and academics.
- Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
- Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating and managing schedules for students and teachers.
- Manage class schedules to staff sessions effectively and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
- Manage virtual tutoring sessions and monitor students' academic progress.
- Help ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
- Manage personal work time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
- Build relationships with students and their families, meet internal and external customer expectations, and foster open communication with students and parents to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Perform other responsibilities as required by the business.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is beneficial.
