Requirements
  • Meaningful (7+ years) HRIS experience, with 4+ years of Workday experience including but not limited to Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Report Writing, Security Management, and People (Prism) Analytics
  • A fundamental understanding of day-to day HR processes and annual programs (e.g. Compensation Cycles)
  • Deep level understanding of configurations and integrations, preferably with Workday, ADP and Greenhouse
  • Project management and cross-functional team collaboration experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities concurrently
Responsibilities
  • Designing and maintaining scalable and efficient system processes that support our rapid growth while delivering an excellent manager and employee experience
  • Configuring and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and security management
  • Partnering with business and technical teams about integration design and maintenance
  • Providing functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Providing training, demonstrations and documentation to business stakeholders with regard to our Workday HRIS
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support leadership and departmental needs, primarily with regard to reporting, metrics and analytics
  • Evaluating HRIS needs and propose new or modify existing HRIS functionality to meet changing demands
  • Management of HCM and Advanced Compensation Modules required
