Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical, professional, or lived experience in relevant subject area accepted.
  • Current or previous role aligned with General/Other activities driving qualifications as a Customer Service / Customer Loyalty Keynote Speaker.
  • Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and public speaking experience; ability to engage diverse audiences with authenticity and impact.
  • Public speaking, storytelling, adaptability, audience engagement, content development, time management.
  • Cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, professionalism, situational awareness, innovation, and thought leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio; ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Customer Service / Customer Loyalty Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau as part of a General/Other Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
  • Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants.
  • Champions an organization’s mission by providing expertise, insights, or humor that drives thought, action, and cultural relevance across audiences.
  • Craft and deliver tailored keynote presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and purpose; align content with audience needs and event themes.
  • Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages.
  • Develop supplemental content such as Q&A guides, learning materials, or companion digital resources.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder engagement through pre-event planning and post-event integration sessions.
  • Roles may include panel participation, event moderation, breakout facilitation, and collaboration with brand or host initiatives.
