  • Advanced C, C++, and Python skills with connected vehicle application development experience in the telematics or V2X domain are required.
  • In-depth experience with MQTT QoS 0/1/2, MQTT 5.0, REST, gRPC, Protobuf, and CBOR for telematics communication is required.
  • V2X expertise including ETSI C-ITS, CAM, DENM, SPAT/MAP, CPM, C-V2X, LTE-V2X, PC5, Uu, and SAE J2945 standards is required.
  • Experience with OTA update framework design, including Optane protocol, A/B partition updates, package signing, and rollback strategy, is required.
  • Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity, including TLS 1.3, PKI, HSM integration, SecOC, and ISO/SAE 21434 secure design, is required.
  • Experience with cloud IoT platform integration, including AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, or GCP IoT, is required.
  • Understanding of AUTOSAR Adaptive Communication Manager and Communication Management for V2X and telematics service management is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of TCU/DCM feature applications, including OTA clients, remote vehicle services, V2X cooperative driving, and fleet data management.
  • Define application architecture for connected vehicle services using event-driven messaging, publish-subscribe, data streaming, and client-server request patterns.
  • Drive V2X application development, including CAM encoding and decoding, DENM event notification, and SPAT/MAP intersection management.
  • Lead cloud integration design, including vehicle data pipeline architecture, real-time event processing, and bidirectional cloud-to-vehicle command delivery.
  • Implement the security protocol stack, including TLS 1.3, mutual authentication, certificate lifecycle automation, SCEP, EST, and SecOC for in-vehicle message authentication.
  • Mentor junior engineers in connected vehicle architecture, protocol implementation, and ASPICE documentation practices.
  • Interface with original equipment manufacturer connectivity and cloud platform teams to clarify feature requirements, define integration strategy, and obtain milestone sign-off.
  • Lead regression testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery integration for connected vehicle application modules, including automated protocol tests and cloud API validation.
  • Drive compliance with UNECE R155 cybersecurity requirements and ISO/SAE 21434 security-by-design requirements for connected vehicle features.
  • Contribute to technical proposals and demo development for new connected vehicle program engagements with original equipment manufacturer and Tier 1 customers.
  • Champion reusable software design, including connectivity middleware libraries, V2X message codecs, and cloud protocol abstraction layers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with 5G NR V2X, PC5, Uu, and 3GPP Release 16 for next-generation cooperative ADAS V2X features.
  • Knowledge of COVESA VSS and vehicle data abstraction services for standardized connected vehicle data access.
  • Familiarity with the ETSI C-ITS security framework, including certificate authority, enrollment authority, and AACP architecture.
  • Exposure to Multi-access Edge Computing for low-latency V2X application server-side processing.
  • Understanding of fleet management platform integration, including telematics backends, vehicle state management, and original equipment manufacturer portal APIs.
  • Experience with virtual validation at scale, including cloud-based ADAS simulation and scenario database management.
  • Familiarity with ASAM OpenSCENARIO, OpenDRIVE, and ODS standards for test ecosystem interoperability.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.

Accenture soars 20% on upbeat fiscal 2027 forecast, lifting IBM and Cognizant

Accenture shares surged 20% Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issued its fiscal 2027 outlook. Quarterly revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $18.7 billion, whilst GAAP diluted earnings increased 46% to $3.29 per share. New bookings reached $22.2 billion. For fiscal 2027, Accenture projects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, exceeding the 3.9% analyst consensus. The company expects GAAP diluted earnings of $14.39 to $14.81 per share and an operating margin of 15.9% to 16.1%. The positive forecast boosted competitors' shares. Cognizant Technology Solutions climbed 10%, Infosys gained 8%, and IBM rose 5% in morning trading. Accenture generated $2.8 billion in free cash flow during the quarter and returned $11.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
