Responsibilities
  • Source and engage new partners directly and through collaboration with our field sales team
  • Nurture both new and existing partnerships with regular touchpoints (in-person and remote)
  • Structure partner deals and ensure legal agreements are executed
  • Lead partner onboarding and field education to ensure successful rollout and integration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner success, support, and escalations
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CSO, sales, revenue strategy, and operations teams to ensure strong implementation
  • Maintain a structured pipeline with detailed tracking and clear internal communication
  • Drive performance improvement across partners — scaling what works and fixing what doesn’t
  • Represent Candid at relevant industry events and help deliver engaging and impactful presentations

Candid provides clear aligner treatments and whitening services through a network of dental professionals. Patients use the CandidPro system to receive custom aligners and must submit digital scans of their teeth every 14 days so their doctor can monitor progress remotely. Unlike direct-to-consumer brands that bypass the dentist, Candid integrates professional clinical oversight with remote technology to ensure safety and accuracy. The company's goal is to provide a convenient, high-quality orthodontic experience by combining expert dental care with modern monitoring tools.
