Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
Current registration and good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Strong clinical knowledge, including medication administration and resident assessment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within the Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.
Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team.
Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide safe, respectful, and dignified care aligned with Baptist Housing values.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using PointClickCare and electronic medication administration records (eMAR).
Promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being during overnight hours.
Respond to clinical needs and support continuity of care across shifts.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

About the Role
As an LPN, you will play a critical role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. You will provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, and the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Working closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team, you will support complex care needs while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. You will also contribute to wellness initiatives that enhance residents’ quality of life.
By building strong relationships and maintaining accurate documentation, you help foster a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
An hourly compensation ranging from $32.84 – $41.35. Additional benefits may be available in accordance with the collective agreement.
