Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to define & build revenue & sales operations team
  • Support pricing & revenue optimizations through analysis & competitive intelligence. Examples include, revenue per client, per investment vehicle, per investment opportunity, per sales activity.
  • Partner with the Data Team to improve sales & revenue forecasting, syndications velocities and additional performance analyses.
  • Lead efforts to support our relationship management & client support teams coverage models, flows and all process enhancements
  • Own & support all technology & services related to sales operations, including SalesForce, Groove, Ask Nicely and more.
  • Create, document & implement new operating procedures and process improvements
  • Build & identify, with support from compliance team, all infrastructure required to operate compliantly under regulatory regime.
