  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in a dealership or a similar role in an automotive/technology environment

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of the location and status of each vehicle in the fleet
  • Manage the process of integrating vehicles into the in-service fleet
  • Implement and manage a robust version control system for each vehicle
  • Implement and oversee robust processes for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety (H&S) awareness
  • Foster a customer-centric approach within the team
  • Liaise with the leadership team and external partners
  • Collaborate closely with other departments
  • Drive continuous learning and development within the team
