Requirements
  • 7+ years of contact center management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Healthcare highly preferred

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of Health Guides
  • Drive KPI Performance
  • Assign, review, and monitor employee workload
  • Perform performance analytics reviews
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Work in cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Handle escalations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support new organization launches and training
  • Participate in operational projects
