How you’ll make an impact:
The Retail Store Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst is responsible for optimizing workforce efficiency across retail store operations. This role ensures accurate scheduling, staffing, and forecasting to meet customer demand while balancing labor costs and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce management systems, data analysis, and an understanding of retail operations to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
This role reports to the Director, Store Labor Optimization, and is located in our Buckhead office 4 days per week.
75%: WFM System Subject Matter Expert
Testing workforce management (WFM) systemupdates; communicating process changes to impactedretail field users
Owning the system enhancement and troubleshooting process in partnership with an external vendor; supporting a continual feedback loop from the end field user
Being a functional expert in the Workforce Management System and identifying opportunities for enhanced functionality
Identifying opportunities and implementing changes to improve schedule efficiency and workload balance in stores
Supportinglabor budget distribution via the WFM system, ensuring all data is accurate
Communicating and providing insight and store-level perspective to business leaders
25%: WFMTraining & Communication, Retail Stores
Serve as a key point of contact regarding WFM system enhancementsand problem-solving
Effectively partner with internal teams to ensure relevant field communication is accurate, succinct, and impactful
Evaluate, edit, and maintaintraining materials and procedures for field teams
Create, edit, and maintain knowledge base materials for Home Office partners
Present proposedupdates to keybusiness partners and leaders; drive the successful execution of approved changes
Work closely with store and field leadership to solicit feedback, train field teams, and update impacted policies/processes

Must have:
Experience with a Workforce Management system in Retail Store or like type environment (schedule creation, timekeeping, and budget management)
Working knowledge of standard retail practices and procedures
Understanding of retail store operating procedures pertaining toscheduling, timekeeping, and labor budget management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Ability to be persuasive with details, facts and supporting data
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships throughout the organization
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion within time constraints
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Intellectual curiosity and desire for continuous learning and improvement
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with frequent deadlines
Retail Store Management or Store Operations

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
