Responsibilities
  • The Project Engineer provides administrative and technical support to the project team, manages project documentation in Procore, ensures work aligns with approved plans, and assists with project controls and reporting.
  • The Change Order Coordinator manages the change order process, including development, tracking, cost analysis, and negotiation, ensuring timely approvals and minimizing project impacts.
  • The Quality and Safety/Security Certification Manager develops and oversees the quality assurance/quality control program, conducts audits, ensures compliance with safety and security certifications, and manages related documentation.
  • The Construction Inspector – Mechanical performs quality assurance and quality control inspections of mechanical rehabilitation work, documents progress, ensures compliance with specifications and safety regulations, and prepares daily reports.
  • The Construction Facilitator coordinates field work among stakeholders, assigns inspector duties, monitors progress, resolves field issues, and assists with scheduling and resource management.
  • The Project Manager leads and manages all aspects of assigned projects, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • The Construction Engineer provides technical and cost analysis support, manages contractor work, ensures compliance with specifications, and oversees the processing of submittals and change orders.
  • The Phase 2 Project Engineer provides administrative and technical support for upcoming projects.
  • The Construction Inspector – Structural performs quality assurance and quality control inspections of structural rehabilitation work, documents progress, ensures compliance with specifications and safety regulations, and prepares daily reports.
  • The Construction Inspector – Electrical performs quality assurance and quality control inspections of electrical rehabilitation work, documents progress, ensures compliance with specifications and safety regulations, and prepares daily reports.
  • The System Integration Software Engineer provides expertise in system integration software for the project, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and technologies.
  • The 3rd Party Structural Special Inspection Firm provides specialized structural inspections as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
