Requirements
  • J.D.
  • 10+ years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department handling antitrust and competition law counseling and litigation
  • Familiarity with antitrust litigation and managing document collection, review, and production
  • Experience handling regulatory inquiries on antitrust and competition law
  • Experience in due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all competition law related issues
  • Manage threatened or actual litigation or regulatory inquiries related to antitrust or competition law
  • Evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities from a competition perspective
  • Provide counsel to key business stakeholders on competition and antitrust laws
  • Strengthen education and training on competition law for key stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with external and internal legal professionals, academics, government officials, and partners
