About the job
- Current enrollment at a university is required.
- Studying business administration, economics, human resources management, business law, business education, psychology, business informatics, or a comparable field, with good academic performance.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Business-fluent German and English.
- A current curriculum vitae, current transcript, current enrollment certificate, examination regulations, and, where applicable, valid work and residence authorization must be submitted with the application.
- Actively contribute to the full spectrum of human resources work and gain insight into modern HR practices.
- Contribute to HR topics including onboarding and offboarding, employee development, compensation, digitalization, and occupational health management.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of the HR department and collaborate closely with various interfaces to understand personnel processes holistically.
- Take on special projects as needed, including organizing HR events and creating management presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct important appointments and events, including workshops, employee development discussions, and people conferences, and participate actively in them.
- Independently support and conduct the complete succession-planning process, from posting the position and screening candidates through the selection decision and preparation of the contract.
