About the job
- For foreign applicants, the qualification must be officially recognized in Spain, and they must hold valid Spanish residence and work permits.
- General knowledge of HD is valued.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on medical equipment in hospital settings across Tarragona and southern Barcelona.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction regarding personal activities and the products and services supplied by the company.
- When necessary, perform tasks defined in collaborative projects with partner companies.
- Perform preventive maintenance of Technical Safety Controls and repairs, and document them in the Medical Devices Register.
- Install, maintain, and repair PD and ECMO equipment, recording these actions in the Repair Report.
- Keep current verification and calibration certificates for measurement equipment on file.
- Provide telephone or in-person support to customers, technicians, and sales representatives in the assigned area.
- Report product or service events and incidents originating in the market and collaborate on resolving them.
- Participate in scheduled company training related to the role, including knowledge updates and training on new equipment and technologies provided by the company and its headquarters in Germany.
- Follow occupational risk prevention plans and policies, applicable health and safety regulations, and established work procedures; report irregularities or deviations to the Area HD SAT Coordinator or Technical Service Director.
- Collaborate with Quality Control staff as requested.
- Verify compliance with environmental legislation.
- Support actions that ensure the company operates effectively and collaborate on improvement initiatives and additional company projects.
- Medium or higher vocational studies in Electronics or Electricity, or similar studies in electromedicine.
