Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Familiarity with SaaS, specifically SMB B2B software licensing, deployment, management, and administration (from both the provider and customer POV)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, and under both strict and changing deadlines
  • Familiarity with SQL, Domo, Tableau or other analytics tools
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with senior management and process owners to ensure alignment of corporate strategy, business operations, and data strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to improve business processes, gaps in data and reporting, and opportunities to improve data quality and accessibility
  • Develop and maintain documentation on business processes and the business systems used, including data inputs and tools utilized
  • Review current tools and processes to identify areas for improvement, as well as researching and evaluating new tools and technologies
  • Implement solutions to business problems that span business process, systems, and reporting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations, Finance, or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in program / project management, management consulting, or related field
  • High degree of experience with project management methodologies & frameworks
  • Experience with project management tools such as G-Suite, Jira, etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
