Requirements
  • At least 5 years of human resources experience in a generalist or business partner role supporting manufacturing environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience with a human resources information system such as Workday.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and coach to department leaders, managers, and individual contributors.
  • Support department leaders, managers, and employees with annual performance, promotion, and compensation processes, succession and talent programs, and process and human resources administration.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to develop and deliver people initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to monitor how business plans and industry trends may affect talent needs, human resources priorities, and how client groups are organized or operate.
  • Support the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by partnering with business leaders on priorities and progress monitoring.
  • Complete and process human resources transactions in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
  • Produce ad hoc Workday reports and create or customize materials to identify trends and improve human resources programs.
  • Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding of new hires.
  • Partner with Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Legal teams to investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify employee development needs.
  • Complete tactical and administrative tasks, including responding to employee requests and inquiries and assisting with human resources information system transactions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
