About the job
- A medical doctorate and registration with the medical council are required.
- At least five years of experience are required, preferably in a geriatric setting.
- Managerial qualities and a strong sense of responsibility are required.
- Provide appropriate care for each resident from admission, including formal assessment, admission opinions, and defining the care plan.
- Participate in quality initiatives, risk management, and development of professional best practices for the nursing team.
- Participate in training the nursing staff of the nursing home.
- Ensure continuity of care, organize coverage, and coordinate healthcare professionals in collaboration with the nursing care coordinator.
- Manage healthcare teams as a member of the management committee.
- Experience in a geriatric setting is preferred.
