Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success—preferably within Foodservice, CPG, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining customer accounts with a focus on profitability and long-term value.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of Foodservice accounts, with accountability for growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Deepen customer relationships by executing tailored outreach, driving reorder cadence, upsells, and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine channel strategy, customer segmentation, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—BDRs, Finance, Ops, Merchandising, CX, and Food Safety—to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation while surfacing customer insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in pursuing high-margin, strategic opportunities and walking away from misaligned ones.
  • Regularly report on account performance, blockers, and pipeline health in team meetings.
