A Class A commercial driver's license is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain one.
Experience with snow and ice removal and management is sought.
Client communication experience is sought.
Subcontractor collaboration experience is sought.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in horticulture, irrigation, electrical work, construction, or design is an advantage but is not required. Candidates without these skills or experience may be trained.
Responsibilities
Facilitate crews by loading and delivering materials, supplies, plants, and equipment.
Maintain inventory of bulk goods and supplies in the yard.
Assist the nursery with plant pick-up and delivery.
Keep the yard and facility orderly and organized, and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with maintaining equipment and scheduling equipment repairs.
Assist in production as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Additional education is a plus.
