Program Manager - Nursing Catalyst Labs
About the job
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 4 years of relevant healthcare-industry experience in roles focused on business-to-business partnerships, content creation, membership organization management, or event execution.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with limited supervision or direction.
- Strong facilitation experience, both in person and virtually.
- Ability to cultivate member relationships and identify key healthcare improvement areas or new topics to optimize business success.
- Professional communication and strong customer and client service skills.
- Ability to travel long distances, including air travel, up to 15% of the time.
- Ability to talk and hear, with close and distance vision; ability to lift supplies or materials exceeding 15 pounds.
- Creative and strategic mindset; process orientation; innovative approach to solutions; detail orientation and efficiency; ability to influence senior-level stakeholders; collaboration; customer focus; ability to work independently and as a team member; self-direction and resourcefulness; excellent communication, client-facing, and organizational skills.
- Lead execution of multiple Labs activities simultaneously with limited oversight.
- Develop content and ensure member engagement within designated Labs cohorts.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to support Labs logistics and execution, including events, marketing, and research.
- Create materials using persuasive writing and graphics or visuals to communicate ideas and information.
- Build and manage external relationships with Labs participants, sponsors, and other nursing leaders.
- Present and facilitate discussions for small and large audiences, virtually and in person.
- Advise member health systems and industry partners as a subject matter expert on nursing strategic priorities.
- Support the Nursing Catalyst team’s director in product strategy, operations, sales, and marketing.
