Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Banking Operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Commercial Banking (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Treasury Management (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Execute required research associated with inbound Salesforce cases
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to coordinate tactical actions and communications
  • Process exception items that are unable to be handled by our third-party vendor
  • Assist with maintaining and auditing control effectiveness
  • Respond to all vendor inquiries in order to provide clear processing instructions
  • Proactively identify, communicate and participate in any process enhancement opportunities
  • Leverage exceptional decision making skills and follow procedures in order to mitigate risk
  • Assist with project work, as needed
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
