What will be your responsibilities 📓

• Cross-Functional Development: Work across our tech stack using tools/technologies including Typescript, React, MobX, Swift, Python, Pulumi, GCP, and GitHub Actions, contributing heavily to both frontend and backend development.

• Project Management: Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Product Mindedness: Don't just write code and take tickets, go above and beyond to build full-stack capabilities that delight customers with a focus on excellent user experience.

What will help you be successful 👏

• Strong Full-Stack Ability: You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality full-stack applications to production.

• Strong Technical Agility: Strong proficiency across a wide range of technologies and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.

• Resourcefulness and Ownership: Experience working at startups or on small teams, taking full ownership of your work and utilizing resourcefulness to devise innovative solutions.

• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams, understand diverse perspectives, and articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Strong Technical Depth: A comprehensive understanding of software development principles, with the capacity to make informed technical decisions and drive innovation across various domains.

$200,000 - $400,000 a year

The above compensation range includes salary + equity. The final package may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on eligibility, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid parental leave, PTO, and other employee benefits.
