Requirements
  • A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential.
  • An active Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of experience with Army supply programs.
  • Demonstrated experience performing all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
  • Demonstrated experience taking actions to expedite receipt of parts.
  • Demonstrated experience researching alternative sources for supply items.
  • Demonstrated experience performing property-accountability functions.
  • Demonstrated experience administering hand-receipt procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting inventories of all types of Army property.
Responsibilities
  • Perform all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity.
  • Order, receive, store, issue, and track supplies and equipment.
  • Take actions to expedite the receipt of parts and required materials.
  • Research alternative sources for supply items when necessary.
  • Maintain accountability of government property.
  • Administer and maintain hand-receipt records and documentation.
  • Conduct inventories of Army property in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain supply records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with asset-tracking and property-management activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support logistics and supply requirements.
