Requirements

Completed secondary school education.
Demonstrable experience operating a combination high-bay truck is required.
Experience with inventory systems; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Accuracy and attentiveness during quality inspections.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming packaging materials and labels for quality and quantity.
Prepare required raw materials, labels, and packaging materials for production and the following workday.
Record and process goods in SAP, and perform postings and balance checks.
Print and manage stickers for internal and external use.
Maintain records for items that are not in SAP.
Identify and report deviations related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Ensure a clear handover to the next shift.

Wij zoeken een betrouwbare en nauwkeurige medewerker voor ons magazijn Verpakkingsmaterialen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst, opslag en distributie van verpakkingsmaterialen en etiketten, inclusief de bijbehorende administratieve verwerking in ons voorraadsysteem.

Werk in een 2-ploegenrooster: 06:00–14:30 en 14:30–22:00. Ervaring met het bedienen van een combi-hoogbouwtruck (hoogbouw/stacker heftruck) is vereist.

Werkzaamheden

Ontvangen en inspecteren van binnenkomende verpakkingsmaterialen en etiketten (kwaliteit en kwantiteit)

Klaarmaken van benodigde grondstoffen, etiketten en verpakkingsmaterialen voor productie en de volgende werkdag

Registratie en verwerking van goederen in SAP en uitvoeren van boekingen en balanscontroles

Printen en beheren van stickers voor intern en extern gebruik

Bijhouden van registratie voor artikelen die niet in SAP staan
Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen met betrekking tot GMP en HACCP
Zorgen voor een heldere overdracht aan de volgende ploeg

Functie-eisen

Afgeronde middelbare school

Aantoonbare ervaring met combi-hoogbouwtruck (vereist)

Ervaring met voorraadsystemen; kennis van SAP is een pré

Basiskennis Microsoft Office

Zelfstandig, gedisciplineerd en stressbestendig

Nauwkeurig en oplettend bij kwaliteitscontroles

Werktijden
