Galderma launches ALASTIN eye complex with TriHex+ for the full eye area

Galderma (SIX: GALD) has launched ALASTIN Restorative Eye Complex with TriHex+ in the US. The skincare product targets signs of ageing across the upper eyelid, under-eye area, and crow's feet. The formula pairs ALASTIN's TriHex Technology with a proprietary peptide, Octapeptide-45, to support collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid (HA) production. It also adds Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2 and a dill and blackberry blend. In a clinical evaluation of 29 patients aged 35 to 70, investigators found a 30.13% improvement in crow's feet fine lines and a 33.63% improvement in under-eye puffiness at Week 12. Upper-eyelid fine lines fell 21.62%. It is the third product in the TriHex+ range. It will initially be sold only in the US, through authorised healthcare providers and provider microsites.

China approves Galderma's Relfydess, first ready-to-use liquid neuromodulator, for frown lines

Galderma's Relfydess has won approval in China for the temporary improvement of moderate-to-severe frown lines in adults, the Swiss company announced on October 23, 2026. The country's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) cleared the product, which Galderma calls the first and only ready-to-use liquid neuromodulator. Approval rests on a local phase III trial in China and the global READY trials, which had more than 2,300 participants. In the China study, 72.4% of patients saw a at least two-grade improvement at month one, against 1.6% on placebo. In READY-1, 39% reported improvement from day one, and up to 75% kept results for six months. Relfydess is now authorised in more than 35 markets, including the EU, the UK, and Australia.

Galderma lifts 2026 sales growth guidance to 22.5%-23.5% after 26% Q3 jump

Swiss dermatology group Galderma raised its 2026 sales growth guidance to 22.5% to 23.5% at constant currency, up from 19% to 21%. A company-compiled analyst forecast pointed to 21.4%. Third-quarter growth was 26.0%, beating the expected 19.9%. Sales for the first nine months rose 25.1% to $4.77 billion, driven mainly by higher volumes. Galderma kept its core EBITDA margin target at about 26% as it keeps spending to support growth. Chief executive Flemming Ornskov said "robust demand for our differentiated, premium portfolio continues to drive growth." The guidance excludes the $1.5 billion all-cash purchase of ZO Skin Health, expected to close in the fourth quarter or early 2027. Galderma said the deal should slightly reduce its 2027 core EBITDA margin.

Galderma lifts outlook for second quarter in a row after sales jump.

Galderma lifts outlook for second quarter in a row after sales jump. By Thomson Reuters Oct 22, 2026 | 2:22 AM ZURICH, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Swiss skincare company Galderma raised its full-year sales guidance on Thursday for the second time in two quarters after strong demand for its therapeutic dermatology products drove robust growth in the first nine months of the year. The company reported net sales of $4.77 billion for January to September, up 25.1% from a year earlier. Third-quarter sales growth was 26%. Galderma raised its full-year net sales growth forecast to between 22.5% and 23.5% from 19% to 21%. Its shares rose as much as 5.8% in morning trade. The stock has more than tripled in value since the company listed on the Swiss stock exchange in March 2024. Injectable aesthetics sales rose 13.2% in the first nine months, while dermatological skincare sales increased 16.2%. Therapeutic dermatology sales jumped 64.4%, helped in part by strong demand for its Nemluvio product. CEO Flemming Ornskov said the company was assessing the impact of so-called Section 232 tariffs that took effect in the US in September, including on Nemluvio. With companies facing higher costs from disruptions linked to the US-Iran conflict, pricing is under close scrutiny across the industry. Ornskov noted that competitors in markets such as China and India operated from a lower cost base. "But given that we are segmented more to premium, we're holding up really well," he said.
