Requirements
  • 7+ years of administrative experience and/or operational experience at a quickly-scaling or large company
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management experience

Responsibilities
  • Provide integrated support for Executive and optimize their teams
  • Strategically manage Executive's time and priorities
  • Manage Executive's email and act as a conduit between Executive and team
  • Track and manage critical deliverables to facilitate Executive's focus
  • Contribute to team meetings and offsites
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Own and manage ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements
