What believers are saying

  • Becker's reported 2026 growth: 296% school-partnership CAGR and more than 70,000 students served.
  • InSite says more than 100 school districts now use its programs, supporting cross-sell.
  • Telehealth now spans seven states, widening volume beyond New Jersey and smoothing clinician utilization.

What critics are saying

  • Revenue depends on school-district contracts, which renew slowly and expose budget-cycle churn.
  • Adult expansion directly competes with Octave, Headway, and local psychiatric groups by 2026.
  • If district funding or telehealth reimbursement tightens, the K-12 thesis breaks fast.

What makes InSite Health unique

  • InSite Health combines school-based psychiatry, telehealth, and on-site clinical teams across New Jersey.
  • Its proprietary Wellness Platform gives districts scheduling, care coordination, reporting, and treatment visibility.
  • Chris Gaeta says 2026 adult outpatient psychiatry extends its K-12 operating system.
