- Provide operational and user support for CMS, LMS, DLMS, and Examination System applications to support training administration and learner engagement.
- Plan and execute outreach programmes, career fairs, webinars, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote maritime careers and strengthen the cadet talent pipeline.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with prospective candidates.
- Coordinate and follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure timely submission of documents required by AEMA for IMU verification.
- Assist the Head of Cadet Recruitment in preparing the merit list for DNS batches.
- Respond to user queries about LMS access, course enrolment, and certificate issues.
- Regularly review LMS modules to ensure that content is accessible and functional.
- Validate course-completion workflows and ensure certificates are generated correctly.
- Respond to user queries about CMS access and exam enrolment for C/N-test.
- Validate CMS task workflows.
