Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury or corporate finance
  • Experience in managing multiple currencies
  • Strong financial modeling experience using Microsoft Office Excel
  • Proficient in Excel, Oracle or Intacct (an asset), and Google Suite (Drive, Mail, Sheets)
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Collaborative professional who takes ownership and drives issues to resolution

Responsibilities
  • Manage global cash activities for numerous global entities, including monitoring positions, forecasting flow and reporting balances
  • Execute bank transfers between accounts for cash optimization
  • Support global foundation cash management through weekly and monthly cash flow monitoring
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly bank charges in accordance with agreements
  • Review and implement treasury processes for efficiency
  • Oversee cash forecast preparation and maintenance
  • Create and manage comprehensive financial models for cash flow projection, and working capital optimization
  • Analyze historical data, integrate emerging trends, and assess scenarios for accurate and timely cash flow projections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting methods, refine model accuracy, and optimize financial planning and decision-making
  • Work closely with Financial Operations to support cash flow management as it pertains to donation disbursement cycles
  • Regularly engage with other internal stakeholders, financial reporting teams, and operations, to offer essential support
  • Provide assistance with treasury-related matters and special projects as needed
