About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting supplier technology integration projects and related operational activities.
• Tracking key performance indicators and preparing regular progress updates.
• Coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Taking ownership of specific supply chain and operational tasks.
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver project goals.

About You

• Currently studying towards, or recently graduated with, a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• A good understanding of supply chain operations and processes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills; previous project management experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and monitoring performance.
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills; Chinese language skills are a bonus.
