What believers are saying

  • Elaya Health says it now serves all New York State facilities.
  • 2026 job postings show ongoing hiring, not contraction, across clinical operations.
  • Remote PCM staffing can scale faster than traditional in-facility specialist deployment.

What critics are saying

  • Medicare and CMS reimbursement changes in 2026 can crush principal care management margins.
  • Monster postings for remote RN and LPN roles signal execution pressure and labor intensity.
  • New Jersey and Florida expansion creates regulatory, payer, and referral-friction risks before 2027.

What makes Elaya Health unique

  • Elaya Health specializes in diabetes and endocrinology care for New York nursing facilities.
  • Its model embeds clinicians into long-term care workflows, not standalone outpatient clinics.
  • The company targets insulin pumps, CGMs, and principal care management for residents.
