We’re hiring our next field leader — is it you? Field Project Manager- Northern California
Syblon Reid is looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to help lead heavy civil construction projects from the field. Mechanical piping, valve, or water infrastructure experience is strongly preferred.
This role is a key part of turning project plans into successful execution. The Field Project Manager works closely with company leadership, owners, clients, subcontractors, field crews, and internal project teams to keep work moving safely, profitably, and professionally.
We are a professional, hardworking team — but we are also a close group that values connection, accountability, follow-through, and people who are willing to jump in where needed.
