  • Two to five years of experience working with engineering, manufacturing, and distribution operations in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from order handover to final delivery and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope definition, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Track project progress and performance against milestones, cost targets, and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation plans, and escalate them to the project team.
  • Ensure changes to scope, cost, or schedule are documented, reviewed, and approved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.
  • Lead customer communications, including status updates, schedules, and issue resolution.
  • Build working relationships with cross-functional teams and customers to support successful outcomes.
  • Ensure required resources are identified, scheduled, and aligned with project priorities.
  • Collaborate with production teams on daily project execution, priorities, and constraints.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet technical, quality, and customer requirements.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for project issues or non-conformances.
  • Contribute to process improvements, lessons learned, and standardization within the Project Engineering Group.
