A 114-unit housing programme in Warsaw: Located in Nowy Kamionek, a dynamic and trendy neighbourhood in the immediate vicinity of the SWPS University of Social and Human Sciences, this residence offers flats ranging from studios to 5-room flats (from 29 to 147 sqm). Residents will be able to enjoy a furnished indoor courtyard, a green roof terrace as well as an underground car park and charging points for electric vehicles. The project was completed this spring. French construction group Eiffage has acquired an 80% stake in Luxembourg's Baatz group through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction. Founded in 1938, Baatz employs 470 people and reported €142 million in revenue for 2025. The acquisition brings together Baatz's civil engineering, earthworks and construction operations with Eiffage Construction's existing Luxembourg activities. The combined entity will employ over 750 people and generate €200 million in annual revenue. Baatz's existing management will remain in place to ensure continuity of service.
