Requirements
- At least 10 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on server-side Java/J2EE development experience.
- Highly proficient in Java/J2EE, preferably JBoss.
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, ActiveMQ, and Oracle.
- Extensive experience with object-oriented programming.
- Experience with performance tuning and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodology.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium- to large-sized development projects that follow a software development life cycle methodology.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience developing transactional, eCommerce, and hosted web applications.
