Requirements
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally for digital projects such as websites, marketing campaigns, or commerce solutions.
  • Understanding of digital business models, technical architectures, and data-driven processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented working style.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work in a team, and present oneself confidently.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and common project-management frameworks, both agile and hybrid.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver complex digital projects, ensuring structured project execution.
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Define and monitor progress, quality, and key performance indicators, and derive measures to achieve objectives.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams across strategy, user experience, development, and marketing.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, schedules, and reports in coordination with team members.
