Meta is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our Global Finance Risk & Controls (R&C) team. As the Finance Systems Risk Advisor, this position will be responsible for providing risk management expertise, with a focus on financial systems and applications, to guide our Business Process Owners and other internal cross-functional partners to strengthen their control environment. Bringing deep IT General Controls expertise and understanding the interdependencies with business processes, IT systems and applications is critical for this role. They will have hands-on experience identifying and addressing financial, operational and IT risks in business processes, evaluating and supporting the design of internal controls, and assessing the effectiveness of processes and controls. The position reports to the R&C Advisory & Technology Enablement Manager. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, experienced in risk assessing or auditing complex finance and engineering systems and navigating a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will be expected to possess strong technical and communication skills and forge relationships with a high credibility-factor among the Finance Global Process Owners, Technology organizations and Internal Audit. The role will effectively manage ambiguity, problem solve, recommend solutions, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to proactively identify and address financial, operational and IT risks.
