What You’ll Be Doing
• Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Apply field knowledge to develop constructible models that reflect real-world installation practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field supervisors to ensure models meet project and installation standards.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues during the modeling phase to prevent delays or rework.
• Produce shop drawings, installation sheets, and fabrication sheets for use in the field.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings to improve project integration.
• Ensure model integrity and maintain compliance with BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
