Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to understand their current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
  • Provide guidance on retirement planning and other retirement vehicles.
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient investment strategies and estate planning techniques to minimize tax liabilities and preserve wealth.
  • Offer recommendations on insurance products, such as life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance, to mitigate financial risks.
  • Monitor clients' investment portfolios regularly and make adjustments as needed based on changes in market conditions or clients' goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts, investment principles, and best practices to empower them to make sound financial decisions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors, attorneys, and insurance agents, to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (such as HLLQP or IFIC) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, investment analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite could be advantageous beyond baseline requirements.
