Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers in AMER
  • Onboard and expand customer base through tailored consultations and trainings
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns for Notion adoption
  • Work cross functionally with sales partners for strong adoption
  • Serve as in-house product ambassador to up-level customers' workflows
  • Identify and target strategic customers for engagement
  • Proactively reach out to customers not maximizing Notion's potential
  • Inform and influence overall growth strategy
