Responsibilities
Support users in utilizing business intelligence tools for database queries and report generation.
Assist customers in using online analytical processing tools to extract and compile data for queries and reports.
Review and optimize queries to address performance issues.
Participate in the design, development, and documentation of systems.
Monitor and upgrade enterprise-wide online analytical processing query and reporting tools.
Ensure interoperability and security of front-end components.
Maintain metadata coordination and support production systems.

Summary: Join our team as a Business Intelligence Support Specialist, where you will empower users to harness the capabilities of business intelligence tools for data querying and reporting. Your role will involve assisting customers with OLAP tools, extracting data, and ensuring seamless system functionality and security.
