Responsibilities
  • Administer, extend, negotiate, and support closeout of standard and non-standard contracts, task orders, and subsequent amendments.
  • Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to support proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Support solicitation risk reviews, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, complete proposal compliance checks through color team participation, complete representations and certifications, assist with proposal and pricing strategy, support development of the contracts volume including any Organizational Conflict of Interest Mitigation Plans, and negotiate any resulting contracts.
  • Advise the program team on contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical information.
  • Monitor program performance for conformance to the original proposal and continually review work to ensure terms and conditions are met and contracts comply with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
  • Prepare and disseminate information throughout the organization regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.
  • Initiate documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation, including receipt and control of contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, and other project documents.
  • Support negotiations of non-disclosure and teaming agreements between the company and outside sources.
  • Foster trusting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Keep the contracts system and filing up to date in accordance with policies and procedures, and support general ad hoc reporting and tasking.
